THine Electronics, Inc. is a chip-development company specializing in large system integration, used mainly for liquid crystal displays. Founded by Dr. Tetsuya Iizuka in 1991. As a chip supplier, THine has its leading edge in definition, design of chips and boards for PC and LCD display systems. THine Electronics, Inc. is armed with more-than-ten-year experienced memory, analog, MCU and mixed signal VLSI designers.
Based on "fab-less" manufacturing our original brand chips, we are licensing and selling Intellectual Properties and designs of Analog/Digital mixed signal LSIs for world leading semiconductor and LCD suppliers. For example, commodity memories including Flash memory and High Speed SRAM, and high speed interface macros for LVDS, Graphic/Display Control LSI, etc. THine is also a member of the Digital Display Working Group (DDWG) in the Digital Visual Interface (DVI) specification.
